How do my guests open the invitation?
You send one link by WhatsApp, iMessage, email or Instagram DM. Guests tap it, tap the wax seal, and the envelope opens into your invitation. No app, no account, no download.
Will it work on every phone?
Yes. It is a fast mobile website, so it opens in Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet and every other modern browser, on iPhone, Android, tablet or laptop. Your grandmother needs exactly one tap.
Is there a limit on guests?
No. Share the link with 20 people or 2,000. Views and RSVPs are unlimited on every plan, and the price stays the same.
How does RSVP work, and where do I see the answers?
Guests answer inside the invitation: attending or not, how many people, and any questions you switch on, like meal choice, dietary needs or a song request. Every reply lands in your private dashboard straight away, with live totals and a one-click CSV export for your planner or caterer.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Pick a design, add your names, date and venue, and preview the whole thing on your phone for free. You only pay when you are ready to publish and send it.
Can I change things after it is published?
Yes, as often as you like. Venue moved, time changed, forgot the parking note: edit it and every guest sees the new version the next time they open the same link. Nothing needs to be resent.
How long does my invitation stay online?
12 months from the day you pay, which covers the save-the-date, the big day and the thank-you messages after. After that the invitation and all guest replies are deleted within 30 days. Download your RSVP list any time before then.
Which languages can it be in? Do you support Arabic?
Write your invitation in any language, including right-to-left scripts like Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu, which display right to left as they should. With the Second language add-on (€15) guests switch between two languages with one tap, which is ideal for families on two continents.
Can I add our own music?
Yes. Upload an MP3 of your song and it starts softly when guests open the envelope, with a visible pause button. Please use music you have the right to share.
Can each guest get a personal link with their name?
Yes, with the Personal guest links add-on (€19). Each household gets its own link that greets them by name, their party size is set in advance, and their reply is matched to them automatically in your dashboard. Unlimited links.
Can I print a QR code for paper cards or the venue?
Yes. Your invitation is a normal web address, so any QR code generator turns it into a code for a printed save-the-date, a welcome sign or a table card. Guests scan it and land on the same invitation.
How fast will it be ready?
Design it yourself: live in minutes, as soon as you publish. We design it for you: within 48 hours of receiving your details. Made from scratch: 5 to 7 days. In a hurry? The Express add-on (€29) gets designed invitations to you within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
One payment in euros, no subscription. Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay through Dodo Payments, our payment partner, which also issues your receipt. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is shown before you confirm.
What if I change my mind?
If you designed it yourself, you get a full refund within 14 days as long as it has not been published, or within 48 hours of publishing. For designed invitations, it is a full refund before work starts and 50% after the first draft. The full policy is on our refunds page.
What happens to my guests' data?
Guests only share what your RSVP form asks for. Only you can see their replies, in your private dashboard. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and delete it with your invitation. Details are in our privacy policy.
What if I get stuck?
